In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Chef Richard Sandoval's "Old Ways, New Hands" program is shining a spotlight on Latin and Hispanic creators, chefs, and restaurateurs. This initiative empowers them by offering opportunities to hone their culinary and business skills.
